MKT 170 - Customer Service


(2 credits) Introduces students to the concepts of marketing as they relate to customer service. Teaches development of customer service training and implementation of strategies to improve customer relations and service. Includes lecture, role-playing, and case studies.

Prerequisite(s): ENF 1  or ENF 2  as demonstrated through the placement and diagnostics tests or equivalent.

Lecture: 2 hours per week
